About BIA

The Beverly Improvement Association (BIA) is your local civic organization dedicated to the mission of maintaining and improving the quality of life for the residents of the North Beverly Hills neighborhood in Chicago, IL. Thanks to your membership, the Beverly Improvement Association has been able to advance many aspects of life in our neighborhood, from police and fire service, to education and beautification for 100 years!

The BIA produces such annual events as the Beverly Hills Fall Fest to promote a spirit of community in a fun social atmosphere, and Santa’s Workshop, which is a fun day for neighborhood children to participate in making seasonal crafts and take a picture with Santa Claus. We also host regular activities like See and Ski Beverly held each winter and in recent years a nature/bird hike led by a local authority in the spring. We also actively participate in the City of Chicago’s Clean and Green days, which give local residents the opportunity to work together to beautify our neighborhood.

3 Ways to Help The BIA

  1. Send in your dues and, if you can, send in whatever additional contribution you are comfortable with giving because not all of our neighbors may be able to financially support our organization.
  2. Encourage your neighbors to join the Beverly Improvement Association.
  3. Become involved and help us make North Beverly an even better place to live and raise a family.

This is your organization.  We welcome your involvement to help make the greatest community in the world even better.

Thank you,

James F McAloon, President
